“Get Active Again” challenge for February

Those of you that follow me on FaceBook would have already seen my challenge. If not, here’s a recap…

I lost my energy and my mojo when it came to exercising and to be honest I wasn’t eating great food over the Christmas period. But I didn’t want to stop myself either, I was enjoying life until I started losing my energy, felt sluggish and started getting pains in the gut because of all the bad things I was feeding my body. Something had to give, I couldn’t go on…

A miracle had occurred and I got my lazy butt out of bed and toddled off to the shed in my pyjamas (benefits of a home gym) and done a session of weights. I had the fan on, my music pumping and I felt great! I had a renewed energy, bounded inside and made me a healthy breakfast and nodded to my self with satisfaction and thought I need to keep this up. So what better way to do that then to tell a ton of people and encourage them to do the same! Now I am being held accountable because people want to see if I can actually achieve what I have set out to do. I have posted my exercise program for the month and already had someone comment that they will see me at the swimming pool as I’m there every Wednesday, reality hit! now I have to go haha If you would like support from me enter your details on the contact page of the website and I will be happy to give you any support you need, no strings attached.

I am encouraging you to do the same. Set yourself a goal for the month, as long as its 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week with a rest on Sundays it doesn’t matter if it’s a 30 minute walk as long as your active. No need to join the gym unless you want too, ask for a free trial for a couple of days before signing up to make sure you like it. Take your measurement and/or weight on day one and see what you achieve at the end of the month. Check out my fb page and post your progress or results and most of all have fun. Ask your friends to join you and make it a group thing. Good luck, see you at the finish line…
