Update to Getting Active Again.

 

Well it hasn’t even been a week yet and I am noticing small changes to my body and strength. Today for the first time in a long time I mopped the entire tile floor in my house which is 90% of my home. I have a steam mop that I use because my neck and back couldn’t handle the stress of mopping especially after vacuuming. This is partly due to having bulging discs in my neck and lower back, through exercise I am better managing the pain and feel like it’s helping. I’m so keen to see what my end result will be when I measure up at the end of the month.

I caught up with a really good friend over the weekend and she told me that my Facebook post with my plan to get active motivated her to also get active and make a plan of her own. High five that sister!!! Well done to her and anyone else who decided to get active. It’s great to see that I reached someone and had a positive influence on them. Keep up the good work!
